Il prodotto nel suo genere è fatto correttamente, solamente che nel sito non è ben chiaro che il materiale della targhetta è molto leggero e il nome viene stampato e non inciso (per cani grandi come il mio non è alla fine un prodotto adeguato). Sulla spedizione devo dire che ha richiesto più settimane di quanto preventivato e che ci vuole più chiarezza sulla modalità di gestione delle spese di spedizione. Il servizio assistenza funziona bene.
